Texas Christian has played games in 39 different states; more than any other college football team. Their 39-38 double-overtime victory over West Virginia gives them victories in 35 different states, also a college football record.

North Dakota (Eastern Michigan, Minnesota, Northern Illinois, and Oregon)

or Vermont (Boston College, Buffalo, Connecticut, and Massachusetts)
